Morgans 4 Months old

Morgan got her four month old check up and she is a whopping 13.35 lbs. She is in the 60% percentile for everything, so she is doing well not to little not to small. She is getting so cute with her new abilities, she has even laughed a few times. She now rolls around not over but if you put her in one spot she will do a 180 or 360 depending how long she is down for. We will have to post a movie of her new abilities. She will get her shots next week so we will see how that goes. As for Danny and I, well Danny is taking the dat next week, I can't wait till it is over, so he won't have to study or worry about it anymore. I am working at astro jump anywhere from 4 to 8 hours a day and it is wonderful to be able to do it with morgan around. I ran 4 miles on Thursday night a big accomplishment for me I did it is 42 minutes so I am not too slow. My goal is by the end of the summer to run a 10 K, in less than an hour. I will post some pictures soon.

So far it has been a crazy whirlwind, becasue we have so much to do, but we are excited for the summer that waits before us. I would love for you to check out our website www.astrojumpchinook.ca and let me know what you think. You can even book online, we are excited to have this website and to work for astro jump this summer, hopefully we spend lots of time at the lake and lots of time with family.

Washington D.C.

After we finished up school Danny and I decided to talk a trip to D.C. to see our friends Jenna and Tyler as well as their kids Thatcher and Stirling. I was a blast. We took each day nice and slow, we are on vacation and saw 1 site each day, ran or did some type of exercise, and played games (rook and settlers) and watched movies, it was a wonderful relaxing vacation. For those of you who don't know, Jenna, is a great inspiration for exercise, and since she knew of my desire to run more, she helped me run my farthest distance since I finished high school, which was a big accomplishment for me, I ran somewhere between 3.5-4.00 miles (5.6 KM), which was totally rewarding and I think I am going to try running that far again this week. Anyways, it was very sad to leave them, and it made me realise no matter how far apart you are from your friends, they are still amazingly fun to hang out with again, the trip was totally worth it.
