Morgans going to be a soccer star
So I may have forgotten to tell everyone that Morgan has been walking for a while she started trying (taking a few steps) at 9.5 months, now she has the hang of it. She loves balls, and we have started to have her kick the ball.

Somewhere Inbetween
At the end of the summer, Brynn wrote "Dreadful Day or Day of Rejoicing" on December 1 on each calendar in our home. December 1 is the first day that any dental school in the country can accept anyone to their program. I had interviewed at three schools (University of Louisville, Creighton University, and UNLV) so hopes were high for this morning. The day, however, wasn't quite dreadful, yet there wasn't a whole lot of rejoicing. I was put on a waiting list for all three schools, which means that I will eventually get in somewhere. The hard thing is that the wait has now been extended indefinitely. December 1 was such a nice solid day, but now it basically happens when it happens. Two admissions people from Louisville were kind enough to email later today, though, and let me know that I am at the very top of their waiting list and that I can expect to get an acceptance here pretty soon. So, we will just keep on keepin on, and we will keep you posted. Thank you so much for all of your thoughts and prayers. They are and have been greatly appreciated.

My first Offical 4 mile run ever
On Thanksgiving Morning, I decided to do my first ever offical run more than a 5 k. Luckily for me my friend Meredith was running it as well, it was quite fun, and It made me want to run faster and more races. I was able to finish 88 overall, 13th in my age group but I was mostly happy because I ran 4 miles in 35 minutes. It made me realize I could run faster if I needed to.
We are thankful for good friends
This Thanksgiving we were reminded how thankful we are for great friends. Our good friends the Swintons came to provo for monday, tuesday and wednesday. We were able to do a lot and do our favorite activities together (play games and eat dessert). Tuesday was jammed packed, Jenna and I ran about 4 miles in the morning, Danny and Tyler went golfing (the weather is so nice in Provo), and the kids and us moms went to the Bean Museum , a Museum of stuffed (real) animals, and the BYU dinosaur museum. Once the boys were finished bowling we thought it would be fun for thatcher and stiriling to go bowling, so we all went, to find out the boys only thought it was fun for a few rounds. Later that night we played rook and had a great time (Danny and I won that night, but lost on Monday night). Wednesday Morning we went to Cracker Barrel , a first for Danny, and sent them on there way. Thanks for coming to Provo.

Flag Football Championships part 2
My flag football team (the Thundercats) five-peated this year as the women's top division champions. I have been on the team for the past three years. Danny, Kylie, Morgan, and Danny's parents were all on hand to witness the exciting event. This was definitely the most difficult of the three championship games I have played in. The majority of the other team were members of Kylie's rugby team and so they knew how to play. The first half was a defensive war, and in the closing minutes they drew first blood with an amazing touchdown pass. We got the ball at the beginning of the second half and made a slow methodical drive into the endzone. On the ensuing drive, we converted a overthrown pass into a pick six. We forced them to punt on their next drive, and once again slowly moved the ball downfield. My best play of the game came on third down and 10. I caught an underthrown pass at my knees and turned upfield averting four or five tackles. That first down sealed it for us, and we won 13-6. It was fun to celebrate with everyone, and to receive my third intramural champion t-shirt (especially since Danny designed it). Morgan was obviously excited by the win, and despite the freezing cold, shared a smile with the camera.

Last Semester
It is currently 2:23 AM, and I have just finished registering for my final semester at BYU. Surprisingly, this feels really good. I am not quite sure how it worked out, but my Tuesdays are completely free, which is nice considering that Brynn and I just bought a bunch of Snowbird passes for the upcoming snowboarding season. That, however, is not what I am most excited about. What could be better than a day off during the week to go snowboarding? BEGINNING ICE HOCKEY! I have wanted to take this class since freshman year, but it never quite fit into my schedule. My little brother took the class and absolutely loved it. I am so pumped.

Morgan's Tuque
Homecoming Date Night
Friday night started off just right at about 4:00 I went over to Kylie and Cassies, and they got me ready for my date, Kylie did my hair, and Cassie did my make up. It was a blast to get ready with those girls. They are amazing and helped me look good. After I got ready Danny and I headed off to our BYU homecoming date for married people. It was catered by Tucano's and then we heard a singer and Humor U preformed. Over all it was really fun, but I will be honest, I wish they ended it with a dance. We were lucky enough to have great company, at the event we were with Stacy and Pierce, Megan and Ben, and Tania and Derek.

Fall in Utah
Well if you didn't know it gets really beautiful in Provo during the fall. This week all the leaves began to fall off the trees, so yesterday Kylie, Morgan and I took some pictures.
Morgan is becoming a big girl, she can stand by herself with no help, she can crawl up stairs, and she has 2 front teeth. She is still a fireball and very fun to be with.

A great friday
I ment to post something about this earlier, but last friday, we were able to go up to highland and hang out with Keegan and Lindsey. Danny didn't have class so we went up after Morgans first nap. It was a blast. When we got there Keegan slaving away at the stove making homemade pizza. After a wonderful lunch we went to play tennis. Now I am not very good at tennis (since it is not a commonly play sport in canada), even though I am not very good, it was fun to play, I will have to take lessons so I can get better. Lindsey is a pro and Keegan and Danny are pretty good as well, so I felt a little out of the loop, but it was fun. Morgan didn't go down like I had hoped so inbetween serves I would make sure she wasn't eating leaves or rocks. She is crazy. After losing to Keegan and Lindsey we went back to there house and made halloween "tasty" apples. It was so fun, I haven't really ever made carmel, candy covered apples. I added carmel, chocolate (white and milk), coconut, oreos and heath bar. It was pretty amazing. So thanks Lindsey and Keegan for a really good time. I love having good friends.
