On Thanksgiving Morning, I decided to do my first ever offical run more than a 5 k. Luckily for me my friend Meredith was running it as well, it was quite fun, and It made me want to run faster and more races. I was able to finish 88 overall, 13th in my age group but I was mostly happy because I ran 4 miles in 35 minutes. It made me realize I could run faster if I needed to.
I know you worked for a different company, but I thought you might like this. It's my friend, Mary Martha's blog, and she told me about it. http://andrewandmarymartha.blogspot.com/
